ProstaLife™ is optimized specifically for the culture of Primary Human Male Reproductive Epithelial Cells, including Primary Prostate Epithelial Cells and Primary Seminal Vesicle Epithelial Cells, to optimize Primary Cell life expectancy.

ProstaLife culture medium supports the growth of Primary Reproductive Epithelial Cells over a period of at least 15 population doublings.

ProstaLife Basal Medium requires the appropriate supplements and growth factors (available in the ProstaLife LifeFactors Kit) to promote guaranteed proliferation and function of cells. ProstaLife contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red. Lifeline offers these traditional supplements, but they are not required for eukaryotic cell proliferation. Provided in a 500mL light-protected bottle.

Performance Tested to Insure Value

ProstaLife Medium grows Primary Human Reproductive Epithelial Cells through at least 15 population doublings at rates that meet or exceed other commercially available media while maintaining excellent cell morphology. In comparisons with other commercially available media, ProstaLife shows superior proliferation at different seeding densities.
