Lifeline^® Cell Culture Media Optimized for Primary Endothelial Cells

VascuLife® Growth Medium is specifically optimized for the culture of normal human Primary endothelial cells and microvascular cells.

VascuLife® endothelial medium is available in optimized complete media kits, including VascuLife Basal Medium and the associated supplements and growth factors called “LifeFactors.” Basal Medium and the LifeFactors Kits may also be purchased separately.

Primary endothelial cells cultured in Lifeline VascuLife Media out-perform cells grown in any similar medium. 

You’ll get consistently reproducible results with VascuLife media! VascuLife is balanced and supplemented expressly for primary endothelial cells, to maximize endothelial cell in vitro proliferative capacity.

• Your primary endothelial cells will plate better using VascuLife optimized media (as compared to our nearest competitors’ media or traditional high-serum media)
• Your endothelial cells will grow more quickly in VascuLife endothelial media than in other commercially-available media
• Endothelial cells will maintain better morphology when cultured in VascuLife
• VascuLife supports the growth of primary endothelial cells over a period of at least 15 population doublings.
• VascuLife basal medium contains no antimicrobials and no phenol red — components which can cause cell stress and “masking effects” that may negatively impact experimental results.
